Just to clarify the situation, the manager of Verdun Dragons is banned from manually run ECL competitions due to him ignoring his invite. He was invited to participate in ECL Elite Champions League Season 9 as the Division 1 winner of North America. He logged on to his account on 7 of the following 9 days after his invite was sent, this includes a 2nd invite and did nothing. As with the rules he was banned the same as all other managers that don't accept or send a quick message saying they are not interested. It is nothing personal and for you to think North America was banned because of your actions or lack of them is absurd.
